Jake Ferguson’s wife, Haley Cavinder-Ferguson, hosted a Halloween-themed brunch for the wives and girlfriends of Dallas Cowboys players, sharing glimpses of the gathering on social media.

The event had a “spooky” theme, complete with decorative ghosts wearing cowboy hats, Cowboys-themed giveaways, food, and drinks. Casa Ferg and Azucar Tequila were among the beverages featured at the gathering.

“Cowghouls Boozy Brunch,” Haley posted.

“Come with me to host my first Dallas Cowboys wags brunch,” she wrote in another story.

Haley Cavinder-Ferguson, who is best known for being one-half of the Cavinder twins alongside Hanna Cavinder, said this was the first time she hosted such an event with her fellow Cowboys wives and girlfriends. It was held at a bar and grill at the Ford Center.

She and Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson got married in Miami in June, with Ferguson’s former Cowboys teammate, Will Grier, officiating the wedding. The two posted videos and photos from their wedding ceremony not long after. They had been engaged in April 2025.

She and her twin sister Hanna played women’s basketball for the University of Miami but did not pursue a professional career in the WNBA. However, before playing for Miami, they were already huge social media influencers and went down that path instead.

Haley Cavinder Reveals Why She and Hanna Chose Not to Go to the WNBA

Haley Cavinder sat down with People magazine’s Skyler Caruso on WAG World and discussed her basketball career and why she and her sister chose not to go to the WNBA and instead continue as social media influencers. She revealed that she actually declared and had scouts watching her games.

“It was always the dream,” she said. “I think I declared actually, and I had scouts coming to practices my last year when we were there in Miami.”

However, it was not meant to be, and she explained why she did not enter despite declaring for the WNBA draft.

“I think I declared just because I was on a timeline and you had to declare to be able to enter into the draft,” she said. “I was doing long distance with [her now-husband] Jake [Ferguson] at the time, and I didn’t know what it would look like. Hanna didn’t want to play… there’s always that in the back of my head.”

She and her twin sister have now retired from basketball, with them playing out their final year of NCAA eligibility for the Miami Hurricanes. Haley averaged 18.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game during that final season.
