WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan’s daughter, Brooke, has warned that she could make private family communications public after her mother, Linda Hogan, reignited their long-running estrangement on social media.
Linda recently shared a collection of throwback photographs featuring Brooke, Hulk Hogan and other family members, using the post to express her hurt over their relationship. Brooke responded by suggesting that the public version of their family history leaves out important details.
Linda shared the photos on Facebook on August 30 and said Brooke was deeply loved by the family while growing up. She also expressed frustration over Brooke’s decision to distance herself from them.
“I posted these wonderful photos of Brooke, my daughter, with me and my ex-husband, her father, and my mom and dad—and really, the whole family! Brooke is loved. We feel hurt every day that she just tosses us aside like trash. I want to make sure she remembers how it really was and can really see how much she was adored and loved.”
Brooke Hogan did not let the post go unanswered. She shared a screenshot of her mother’s message on her Instagram Story and indicated that she has private screenshots that could provide another side of the story. She did not say exactly what the screenshots contain, but made it clear that Linda’s post brought her close to releasing them.
“This 👌 close to breaking out some screenshots—which are ONE of the many reasons WHY.”
Brooke then made clear that she was not treating the repeated public criticism of her lightly.
“I don’t take CONSTANTLY dragging my name through the mud lightly.”
She followed that by accusing her mother of remembering their family history selectively.

“The selective amnesia isn’t gonna work.”
Brooke finished the post with a short message that suggested she believes she has reached the limit of her patience.
“Final warning.”
Brooke Hogan Has Previously Asked Her Family To Respect Her Privacy
The latest exchange comes amid a difficult period for the Hogan family. Brooke has previously spoken about establishing boundaries with her parents and has described her decision to distance herself from them as a way of protecting her own family. She has also made a distinction between her relationships with her parents rather than treating the family dispute as one single issue.
Earlier this week, the situation with her brother Nick Hogan also became public. After Nick described the family as being in a good place during an interview, Brooke told “Us Weekly” that the two are not currently communicating and that his characterization of their relationship did not match her experience. She also asked for the details of their relationship to remain private.
That response came shortly before Linda’s latest Facebook post, adding another layer to an already complicated family situation.
Brooke and Linda’s strained relationship has been public for years, dating back to the family’s time on “Hogan Knows Best.” Linda previously discussed their estrangement publicly in 2025, while Brooke has since spoken about the boundaries she chose to establish.
Hulk Hogan died in July 2025 at age 71. Brooke has continued to speak about her complicated relationship with her late father while maintaining that her decisions regarding one family member should not automatically be applied to another.
For now, Brooke has not released the screenshots she referenced, and she has not provided details about what they contain. Her “final warning,” though, makes clear that she believes there is considerably more to the family dispute than what has appeared in public posts.
