Heidi Klum's annual Halloween party kicked off on Saturday, October 31, as fans eagerly awaited the star's 2026 costume reveal.
The 53-year-old supermodel hosted her 25th annual bash in New York City on Halloween night, taking to the red carpet in an elaborate severed-hand costume featuring head-to-toe prosthetics. The 'Project Runway' host is known for going all-out every year, wearing jaw-dropping costumes like E.T., Jessica Rabbit, Medusa, and even a giant, hyper-realistic worm. Last year, she dressed as a peacock with a beak prosthetic.
Klum's big reveal comes after the German-born television presenter and model shared several clues about her costume on social media before the party.

Klum stepped out on the red carpet dressed as a severed hand complete with a red manicure and gold jewelry.
The extremely detailed costume featured gory details, including hyperrealistic skin, bone, blood, tendons, and muscles. The supermodel's face appeared through a gruesome set of holes in the back of the hand, with blood dripping from her mouth and her eyes obscured by layers of artificial skin and fat.

The Victoria's Secret model shared several clues on social media leading up to the big reveal, including gag-inducing chunks of flesh and buckets of fake blood.
Klum shared a video of herself in the costume on Instagram, with the caption, "TALK TO THE HAND [hand emoji] #HeidiHalloween 2026 HERE WE GO"
Fans flocked to the comments with their reactions to this year's look, with one writing, "The way none of us could have guessed that," as another added, "Nothing could have prepared me for this."
One dubbed her "the queen of Halloween" as others chimed in with comments like, "Girl WHAT," and "i’ve got to HAND it to you, i was not expecting this! this is awesome!"
