The “On the Floor” singer added a pair of matching leggings while posing for a mirror selfie.
Lopez also shared a video of her trying on a tiny pink sequin minidress at a store.
Jennifer Lopez swapped out her slinky summer dresses for skin-baring exercise clothes as she got ready to work up a sweat on September 4. The “On the Floor” singer kicked off the weekend by showing off her toned abs in an ultra-plunging green sports bra and matching leggings.

“Time to unwind,” Lopez captioned a mirror selfie shared on Facebook on Friday. In the candid image, the beaming 57-year-old star snapped a photo of her midriff-baring workout set in a bathroom. Lopez styled her long caramel-highlighted brunette hair in a sleek topknot, framing her radiant complexion, a soft lavender eyeshadow, and mauve lipstick.
Showing off a glimpse of a luxurious white standalone tub behind her, the Office Romance actress added some subtle shine to her exercise outfit with a chunky ring stack on her right ring finger.

A few hours earlier, Lopez pulled a sartorial 180 while sharing a Reel of her trying on a little pink dress at a store. In a video captured from the dressing room, the mom-of-two could be seen posing with her hands on her hips as she looked at her reflection in a large oval mirror.

Lopez sparkled in a long-sleeved tiny pink minidress that was completely covered in sequins and featured a metallic pink collar-style necklace. She kept the monochromatic theme going with a pair of light pink stilettos. In the clip, Lopez twirled around in the sparkly number and shut the curtains before re-emerging in a semi-sheer white turtleneck and a pair of jeans.
The Marry Me actress has been enjoying some downtime after a busy summer, which included a Venice getaway with her 18-year-old kid Oskar and a 57th birthday celebration through Paris and Italy. However, Lopez has been making time for relaxation amid her whirlwind schedule, recently sharing a photo of her posing naked while working on her laptop while taking a bubble bath. “Today’s office,” she cheekily captioned the photo.
