Natalie Portman Welcomes Baby No. 3, Her First Child With Tanguy Destable

Natalie Portman just welcomed baby no. 3, her first child with Tanguy Destable.
The actress shares two other children, Aleph and Amalia, with her ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.
Portman and Destable have been romantically linked since 2025.
Congratulations are in order for Natalie Portman, who welcomed baby no. 3, her first child with Tanguy Destable. Peoplebroke the news on September 5. According to the outlet, the actress and the musician welcomed their child some time last month in Paris.
Reps for Portman and Destable did not immediately respond to InStyle‘s request for comment.
The actress also shares a 14-year-old son named Aleph and 9-year-old daughter named Amalia with her ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.

Though the actress and the French musician have been linked together since March 2025, sightings of the two have been few and far between.

The Black Swan star surprised fans with news she was expecting back in April, confirming her pregnancy to Harper’s Bazaar. “Tanguy and I are very excited. I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle,” she told the outlet.

Portman, 45, added that she is very cognizant of the challenges that can come with pregnancy, especially considering her mom is a fertility doctor. “I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant,” Portman said. “I have so many people I love who’ve had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it’s also not an easy thing. I know how lucky it is. I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude.”
She added that her third pregnancy feels different because “there is a gratitude that when you’re young, you don’t necessarily grasp. And there’s a calm and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me that makes the experience so beautiful every day. And knowing it’s probably the last time, I cherish every moment.”

Portman and Millepied welcomed Aleph in June 2011, married in August 2012, and welcomed Amalia in February 2017. They quietly separated in 2023 following reports of an extramarital affair by Millepied; their divorce was finalized in March 2024. Portman and Destable confirmed their coupling to Peoplein March 2025.
