Go to work. Take a break. Be a hero. Call it a day. No big deal.

That was 27-year-old Ebro Ahmed’s day on Oct. 19, when his work break turned into a save-the-day moment for 19 kids and a bus driver in Minnesota.

Ahmed saw that a school bus was rolling past him with its door open and knew something was wrong. He jumped to action, hopping on and stopping the bus before tragedy could strike.

So, in fact, it was a real big deal, as the bus driver had a medical emergency and needed assistance. The driver is OK and no children were hurt in the incident.

Ahmed credited years of watching TV drama "Grey's Anatomy" for helping him stay calm.

"[The show teaches] you about what to do in situations that you never could see yourself in," Ahmed told ABC News. "So it's just something like, you know, some tips and tricks that you could use for the rest of your life."

We’ll let the following X post from Fox News tell the rest of story, but we’d be remiss if we didn’t take a moment to pass on a thank you to Mr. Ahmed for stepping up for his community when quick action was needed.

Well done, good sir. You’re an inspiration and a bona fide stud.

See him in action for proof:
